This coffee was cultivated by Luis Aníbal Calderón at the Villa Betulia farm. Harvesting is done according to strict maturity criteria, floating and hand sorting to eliminate any defects. This variety is currently under investigation to determine its origin. It is said to be a mutation that took place at 2100 m.a.s.l. in San Adolfo, Huila.

We put coffee and add 30 grams of water for the pre-infusion. Wait 30 seconds.
Add water up to 220 grams or milliliters.
Do not stir.
Place the previously heated metal filter.
We invert and extract for a maximum of 2 minutes.
We serve.
