This is the first product of the “Al Desnudo” series. We have started to preserve, pack and sell coffee husks from Las Lajas (Costa Rica) vacuum packed in bags made of compostable corn. We like to think that, once we have vacuum-packed the peel, we have stopped or greatly slowed down the oxidation of the product. As you know, working with living matter is a race against time.
