This coffee is produced by small coffee growers in the municipality of Inzá. This region is 80% inhabited by the indigenous tribe called Paeces. The average farm size is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. Farmers have small plots where they grow coffee at 1700 m.a.s.l. and the crops are mainly Castillo and Caturra.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
20 grams of coffee / add 150 ml of hot water / place over medium heat with the lid open / lower the lid as soon as the coffee comes out / serve as soon as the coffee has come out
