The coffee cascara is an exquisite infusion obtained from the skin of the cherry that surrounds the coffee. The result is a beverage with a pleasant aroma, fruity flavors and 25% of the caffeine contained in Arabica coffee. Although it contains caffeine, its flavor profile is more similar to that of tea than coffee. In addition to its distinctive flavor, the peel is recognized for its antioxidant properties and its ability to promote the elimination of toxins.

Cáscara Fizz (cold drink)
With 20 grams of cáscara we make a syrup in a saucepan, adding sugar and water / Boil and rest / Serve with ice, add the peel syrup, 150ml of sparkling water and lemon juice / CHIN!
