Popayán Descafeinado
This coffee is cultivated by more than 65 producers, and undergoes a unique decaffeination process. Caffeine is extracted with sugar cane and water to enhance its sweetness without changing its properties. The beans are steam cleaned, immersed in spring water and treated with ethyl acetate from sugar cane for 8 hours to eliminate caffeine. Finally, it is dried to its original moisture content.
OUR RECOMMENDATION
20 grams of coffee / add 150 ml of hot water / place over medium heat with the lid open / lower the lid as soon as the coffee comes out / serve as soon as the coffee has come out
