Lázaro and Apolonia are a dedicated pair of coffee growers from the community of Agua Caliente, Mexico. With years of experience, they cultivate their coffee sustainably under the shade of trees, preserving the rich biodiversity of the region. Their farms, located at 1,600 meters above sea level in the Sierra Madre, produce a high-quality Bourbon variety, carefully harvested and processed to highlight its unique flavors.
