Don Francisco, like the vast majority of his neighbors, was born and raised in a family of small-scale coffee farmers who, for generations, have passed down not only their knowledge of coffee cultivation but also their love and passion for caring for their coffee plantations.

His plots are located on the slopes of the Tacaná volcano, which imparts a special quality and flavor that, combined with his hard work, results in a unique coffee, full of love and dedication to the land.
