San Sebastian

This coffee is produced by small-scale farmers from the municipality of Inzá, in the Tierradentro region, west of Cauca. The area is inhabited mainly (about 80%) by the Paez Indigenous community. The farms range in size from approximately 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. Through Occicafe and Globalcafe, the producers are able to ensure higher quality. The coffee growers cultivate small plots at 1,700 meters above sea level, primarily planting the Castillo and Caturra varieties.
