Imperio Rojo, located at an elevation of 1,600–1,800 meters in the mountains of Costa Rica, is the result of years of dedication. Their micro-processing model allows them to oversee every stage of the process. They grow specialty varieties such as Ethiopian 47, Geisha, and SL28, using unique processing methods to highlight their qualities. With an annual yield of 400 fanegas, they focus on quality and transparency, having exported coffee since 2012 with the goal of being recognized as artisans of specialty coffee.
