On May 20th at 5 PM, we’ll gather at SlowMov to present the new coffees from Don Alexis Coffee, brought directly from Costa Rica and introduced by Carlos Ramírez Navarro.

A unique opportunity to bring two worlds closer together—origin and destination—and to continue strengthening the network of authentic relationships that make coffee a means of connection and a way of being present.

Serving as master of ceremonies is Pablo Simancas, who for years connected with the Gràcia community by serving some of the neighborhood’s best coffee at the original SlowMov. Today, he returns from the other side of the bridge, now supplying green coffee to Carmen and François—his former mentors—through Grounds Coffee.

It fills us with joy to see how everything continues to evolve, guided by a spirit of collaboration, respect for the supply chain, and mutual support.
