This coffee is the result of a project called BOB-O-LINK. This project aims to create sustainable coffee by committing not to use chemical products. Instead, they plant shade trees to protect the coffee plantations and create irrigation canals to conserve water. In addition, they learn to taste their own coffee in order to actively participate in quality improvement.
