With over 5 years of experience working in wet mills throughout Uraga, Guji, Negusse Debela has built a reputation for producing exceptional coffee. Raro Boda, located east of Uraga, has become famous for its remarkable cup profile. The wet mill, established in 2018, has an estimated 674 farmers delivering red cherry to its doors. This year, SNAP Specialty Coffee has renovated the wet mill fermentation tank with a ceramic cover, resulting in a clean and refreshing cup profile in washed coffees.
