Anona is grown in a hidden area under Cerro del Dragón, in the sub-region of Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The coffee cherries, once at their peak, are hand-picked and taken to Agropecuaria Hellen’s micro-mill, a wet mill specialized in the processing of naturals, resulting in fruity and complex flavors.
