This coffee is produced by the Daye Bensa family on the Gatta farm at an altitude of 2120 to 2210 meters. After floating the red cherries, they pulp them leaving the desired amount of mucilage on the cherries and then transfer them to raised beds for drying creating the highest quality honey coffee.
