This coffee harvested in the region of Caldas (Colombia) has been decaffeinated with a sugar cane distillate, ethyl acetate, a selective solvent that is present in nature and serves to trap the caffeine when the green coffee is soaked in it. This process extracts more than 97% of the caffeine without the use of chemicals.
OUR RECOMMENDATION

20 grams of coffee / add 150 ml of hot water / place over medium heat with the lid open / lower the lid as soon as the coffee comes out / serve as soon as the coffee has come out
