Doña Yolanda and Don Gabino, coffee producers of Mam Indigenous descent born in the Pavencul ejido in the Soconusco region, have dedicated more than 55 years to coffee farming, proudly preserving the identity and traditions of their ancestors and passing on their expertise to new generations of producers. Their coffee plantations are located in a prime area of the Sierra Madre in Chiapas, at an elevation of about 1,900 meters above sea level, where the mountains, natural shade, biodiversity, and volcanic soils create
exceptional conditions for producing high-quality coffee.
