Café La Tribu is a network of cooperatives in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas region that grows organic, shade-grown coffee at elevations between 1,500 and 1,800 meters above sea level, within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Produced by 539 farming families across 1,907 hectares, this coffee reflects the biodiversity of the cloud forest—where quetzals soar and sustainability lies at the heart of every harvest.
