This coffee is grown by over 65 producers and undergoes a unique decaffeination process. The caffeine is extracted with sugarcane and water to enhance its sweetness without altering its properties. The beans are steam-cleaned, soaked in spring water, and treated with sugarcane ethyl acetate for 8 hours to remove the caffeine. Finally, it is dried to its original moisture level.
