About the Producer
Said Al-Jaifi is a schoolteacher in Haraz who grows coffee alongside his brothers and sisters while balancing his work in education. Teaching is a vocation he values deeply, rooted in service to his community. His coffee trees grow on land that has belonged to his family for centuries.
Coffee farming here is based on careful stewardship of the land rather than expansion. Ancient terraces are preserved, traditional farming practices are respected, and cultivation is carried out in harmony with the surrounding environment.
This lot reflects a direct collaboration between the farmer and the producer, combining generations of local knowledge with carefully controlled processing practices.
